Over 2010 Stephane Borie, Chef Proprietor at The Herbert Arms, will be directing French Cookery Schools at Greystones luxury bed and breakfast near Oswestry.
The cookery school runs over two days with residential and non residential packages available, the format is informal and relaxed with plenty of opportunities to chat to Stephane, a chef who is passionate about enjoying food and sharing knowledge. Stephane has learnt his trade from the very best, with Michel Roux, his mentor at The Waterside Inn ensuring a classic knowledge base.
Stephane will go through each dish step by step with the opportunity to participate, ask lots of questions and, of course, enjoy what you have made! The menus are carefully devised and will leave you with a series of recipes that you will be able to recreate at home, including some Herbert Arms classics.
